| John 3:16 has got to be the top Over-quoted ... Over-read verse in the Word of God. You could probably ask any 8-year-old kid who attends church on a regular basis to quote the first bible verse that pops into his head and you would get "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (King James Version). The kid probably doesn't understand it due to the fact that it's in the King James Version and no one speaks that way... but hey...he's a good baptist kid, right?
Often Christianity scares me. Don't get me wrong --- I love it! I love my Creator, my Father, my friend ..... but when I step out to think from the aspect of Looking from the out to the in...I think....
"For God loved the world so much that He sent His ONE and ONLY Son" ... then the question rises among me .... "So what?"
David Crowder has this new cd called "Remedy" ... If you haven't purchased it, get it! One of the best CD's I've heard in a LONG time....
Surley We Can Change (track 10)
"and the problem is this we were bought with a kiss but the cheek still turned even when it wasn't hit and i don't know what to do with a love like that and i don't know how to be a love like that
when all the love in the world is right here among us and hatred too so we must choose what our hands will do
where there is pain let there be grace where there is suffering bring serenity for those afraid help them be brave where there is misery bring expectancy
and surely we can change surely we can change something
and the problem it seems is with you and me not the love who came to repair everything and i don't know what to do with a love like that and i don't know how to be a love like that
when all the love in the world is right here among us and hatred too so we must choose what our hands will do
where there is pain let us bring grace where there is suffering bring serenity for those afraid let us be brave where there is misery let us bring them relief
and surely we can change surely we can change surely we can change something
oh the world's about to change the whole world's about to change the whole world's about to change the whole world's about to change the whole world's about to change the whole world's about to change"
I think that the "So What?" answer is simple answer. What do we do with a love like this? How do we fathom it? How do we understnad that in the same way as it it simple--it is SO complex? What do we do if we have it? What do we do to give it?
I think that this song quotes it.... "I don't know how to be a love like that" .... and then the reality is.... "Surley we can change ---- something"
When it comes down to it....
What's your reply to the "So what?" What are you doing with a love like that? Are YOU a love like that?
What can you do to change? .... Surely, there is something.

| I went to Life Church today in Canton and a verse was posted on the powerpoint and it read: Romans 8:18 "Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory He will give us later." ![lb5[1]](http://x81.xanga.com/e89d3200c7c30106133273/z75086874.jpg)
Sometimes I think we/I have it so bad. Sometimes I look at other's losses and think "how could they ever move on in their life?"... as bad as life can seem...all our sufferings... it's NOTHING compared to the glory of how our/my God will bless us when we are wrapped up in our little or big mess... whatever it may be. Captured in this thought, I am. Loves. Lives. Always There. Always Was. Always Is. Will Always Be. He is.
